Sartor Emilio Az Agr. S.S. di Sartor Carlo e Paolo

The Sartor family farm therefore has its roots in a territory historically characterized by sharecropping. It was only in the early post-war period that one witnessed the first acquisitions by farmers of the land they had cultivated for years. Thus, in 1957, Emilio Sartor, "Miliet," who has always been dedicated to viticulture, along with his wife Assunta, founded what is now a small-scale reality, well rooted in the territory and oriented towards the production of quality wines. The farm is currently managed by their sons Paolo and Carlo who, in the mid-1980s, after completing their studies in Enology and Agriculture respectively, brought a breath of modernity while maintaining a strong connection with the sensitivity and foresight of the founder.
