Inside, there are stuccoes by Vittoria and frescoes by Santis. On the ceiling is the triumph of Saint Teresa with the theological virtues. Above the altar are the Immaculate Conception, Saint John the Baptist, and Saint Anthony the Abbot, in white Carrara marble. In the center, the tomb of the Giustinian family, an inlaid work.
In the Oratory, a recently repositioned Crucifix by Andrea Brustolon, a renowned sculptor and carver, is displayed.
Andrea Brustolon (Belluno 1660 - 1732), studied with his father Jacopo, a carver, then with A. Ridolfi and F. Parodi. During his stay in Rome (1678 - 80), he was influenced by G. L. Bernini and his school. He worked mainly in Venice and the Veneto (frame and baldachin of the reliquary in the sacristy of the Frari, large armchairs, allegorical groups, etc., in the Correr Museum of Venice, altar for the church of S. Floriano in Zoldo, 1685). A technician of exceptional virtuosity, the furniture adorned with his carvings, of extraordinary richness, supported by a fervent decorative invention, represents a characteristic moment of the full Venetian Baroque period.
