The route has no elevation changes or particular difficulties.
The starting point is at the Sanctuary of the Madonna dei Miracoli in Lonigo. Riding the bike, proceed along via Chiesa, at the end of the street turn right and continue until you reach the intersection with via dell'Artigianato. Keep to the left and a little further on, to the left, you will see some large mulberry trees. Continue past a bend on the right and immediately on the left you will see the votive little chapel of the Immaculate, recently built. Continuing along via Campistorti, at the intersection, on the right, inside the ditch, you might see perhaps the last spring left in the area.
Continue along via Compistorti, cross the bridge over the Rio Camparolo and, a little further on, at the intersection, turn right. Go for a few dozen meters until you reach the chapel on via Bonioli, with a niche chapel dedicated to the Assumption, the little square, and the typical inn. From the chapel on via Bonioli, go to the end of the square, and on foot cross some steps and climb onto the right bank of the Guà river.
From this point, you can see Villa San Fermo, the Cathedral, and a stunning view of via Bonioli. Continue on the bike path heading north. When you reach the bridge of Vittoria, cross the road that connects Lonigo to Locara (pay attention to traffic) and continue on the bike path that runs along the bank of the Guà river. Upon reaching the bridge of Sarego, cross the road, pass the bridge, and proceed by continuing along the bike path that runs along the middle bank between the Guà river and the Brendola. Here in Sarego, it’s interesting to visit the old Giazzara, which is privately owned.
From the bridge of Sarego, proceed north along the middle bank on your bike. A little further on, when the bike path ends, continue on a dirt road alongside the bank of the Guà river and reach Campagnola (the site of an old now-disused water mill). At the intersection, just after passing under the viaduct of the road that leads from Meledo to Monticello di Fara, take the dirt road on the left that climbs above the viaduct and the bridge over the Guà river. From this observation point, you can see, atop an isolated hill, the Da Porto villa known as La Favorita, the work of Muttoni. After crossing the bridge, you’ll go down a bit and continue toward Monticello di Fara. Upon reaching the church, cross the road, turn left, and then immediately right onto via San Giovanni Bosco. After a straight stretch, cross the road that links Lonigo to Gambellara and follow the left bank of the Rio Camparolo.
Pass a small bridge, keep to the right, and arrive at Almisano. At the war memorial, keep to the right and proceed north. A little further on, in front of the headquarters of Civil Protection, turn left and continue along via Boschetto. After going around a few bends, continue north and pass between Ecoglass and the Paper Mill. Go under the railway bridge, and a little further on, turn left onto via Cà Bandia. Continue straight, at the intersection keep to the left and take via Ciron, until you reach Agriturismo Palazzetto Ardi. After passing the agriturismo, at the intersection turn left, go back under the railway, and continue until you meet the road that leads from Lonigo to the train station of Locara. Turn left and proceed until you reach the chapel of via San Vettore.
At this point, abandon the main road and take via Trassegno. A little further on the right, there is a spring with a fountain. Continue a bit further until the intersection and take Strada della Pietre. At the end of the road, there is an intersection with the road that connects Lonigo with San Bonifacio. Turn left onto via Pavarano until you reach the road signs for Santo Stefano di Zimella. Returning to the intersection, proceed toward Santo Stefano heading south, and for a stretch, you will travel along the ancient riverbed of the Adige river. Pass via Fossalunga and, at the roundabout, continue toward Santo Stefano.
Just beyond, upon arriving in Santo Stefano, turn left and proceed through the entire town. Pass in front of the church and shortly after, cross the bridge over the Togna. Travelling down the main road, you will arrive at the farmhouses of Villa Pisani, where there is a little chapel that is not very visible from the road. A little further on, you arrive at Villa Pisani. Cross the bridge over the Guà river and turn down the small road on the right. Cross the road and you will arrive in Bagnolo.
Past the bar, follow the main road toward Lonigo for a few meters and then take the road on the right, via Belvedere. Continue northeast until you reach the chapel of San Tomà. Go past the intersection and keep going along via Belvedere until you get to the intersection with via Turati. Turn right, and shortly after, turn left onto via Santa Marina, until you reach the old chapel of Santa Marina. Continue north, cross the road that connects the locations Rotonda and Stamberga, keep going along via Santa Marina and, shortly after, on the left, you will find the Speedway track.

Turn left under the porticoes of the square, pass in front of the Cathedral and continue toward San Bonifacio on the bike path. Cross the bridge over the Guà river and, before the descent, notice to the right the niche chapel dedicated to San Giovanni Nepomuceno.
