The Edelweiss pizzeria was founded back in 1968, it is located at the gates of Asiago, along the main road, right on the left coming from the plain. It was one of the very first pizzerias in Asiago and its two large dining rooms are distinguished by brightness and the beautiful “wooden coverto”.
In the center of the large dining room, the inevitable stübea. Ours is a mountain pizzeria and as such, it could not be without a beautiful stübe in the center of the main hall. Wood and terracotta are the essences of our environment. The large wood-fired oven is the heart and engine of our beautiful work.
At Edelweiss, the watchword is: genuine; the choice of ingredients is based on a very careful selection aimed at a final result that truly makes a difference.
For this reason, we invest a lot in the search for new and qualified suppliers and products that can be combined to enhance their qualities.
