We offer you typical dishes from the mountain cuisine, followed with passion and attention, such as fettuccine with porcini mushrooms from the Larici and truffle, bigoli with duck ragù, or semolina canederli with leek in cheese sauce. All the pastas like fettuccine, bigoli, and pappardelle are strictly homemade.
In the splendid kitchen fireplace, visible also from the dining room, our specialty, the grilled meat, is cooked, from the veal loin to the French beef fillet, from lamb chops to the Florentine rib steak of pure Chianina breed, our pride and joy.
