It was 1978 when Ersilio and Ninetta Colamedici saw their great dream come true: opening their establishment in the heart of Oderzo, and from the very beginning, they found the right ingredients for the perfect recipe: Love, Passion, and Experience dominated the creation of each of their dishes. Over the years, Giardinetto has become the home for friends, relatives, and those who, visiting Oderzo, chose to stop here to find refreshment. Now, after 40 years, it is up to the new generations of the Colamedici family to carry on the management with the same passion that witnessed its beginnings, cherishing the valuable teachings of Ersilio and Ninetta.
On the menu, for example, we find the Ersilio Plate (Roman porchetta, Roman artichoke, and pecorino) and the Treviso Radicchio Salad (with prawns and warm bacon and balsamic vinegar emulsion). Among the first courses, in true Roman tradition, we have Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, Penne alla Gricia, and Gnocchi alla Romana, a historic dish of the restaurant; among the second courses, the must-try Saltimbocca alla Romana, Scottadito Lamb Chops, and Prawn Tails with sautéed potatoes and porcini mushrooms.
Pizza and bread made with selected stone-ground flours and strictly cooked in a wood-fired oven. You can enjoy our gluten-free pizza in complete safety without sacrificing taste. Our Glutenfree dough producer is certified by the Italian Celiac Association (AIC), and the pizza is cooked in a dedicated oven.
