It is a clock tower completely rebuilt in the thirties of the 20th century and renamed Torre Littoria. It coincides with the southern gate of the medieval city walls. Inside it there are two banks. Until the end of the eighties it was passable by car. It originated from the ancient Trevisana Gate, through which the Callalta road from Treviso entered the medieval fortified core. Under the rule of the Serenissima , the Toresin was the residence of the mayor (also called “podestà”). This tower keeps on the right side, at the vault of the arch, three noble coats of arms that recall the foundation of Monte di pietà opitergino, which had its first seat where today there is the bank. On the opposite side , there is the coat of arms of the Loredan family, which gave the city several podestà. Behind the roof, a she-wolf refers to when Oderzo was a Roman Town Hall. Towards the square there is a clock made in recent times, while the decorations of the side of Via Umberto I are imitations of wall frescoes in tapestry made in recent times.
