In 1950 the Bellato family began to refresh the passers-by along the Castellana road with small branches. The locality of Cà Busatti soon became famous for the “ Trattoria Primavera”. The parking lot, crowded with trucks, which brought goods and fuels from Venice to Trento, proved that genuine cuisine and a glass of good wine could be found there.
The Primavera restaurant has been for over 50 years a reference point for those who loved traditional Venetian cuisine, for those who wanted to find a traditional setting or simply stop and enjoy the famous “mozzarella in carrozza” for a snack after work.
Years later, “La Passaora” (this is how the colander is called in the area) embodies love for ingredients, knowledge of local products, wine culture and the pleasure of hospitality.
