Since 1989 the management of Paolo, Fabio and Cristina has helped to create a nice and jovial atmosphere, thanks also to the help of a competent and lively staff. The restaurant has gradually evolved in the proposals by adding the wood-burning oven for pizza and expanding the main room where a large exposed grill has been placed.
With this same spirit, the managers fell in love with the brewing world, starting a few years ago a study and enhancement of craft beers from many parts of the world. Dishes prepared with beer are proposed and combinations of dishes and pizzas are suggested to beer specialties, managing to combine our great culinary tradition with an equally great brewing tradition.
