Villa Revedin, in the ancient lands of Venetian nobles, testifies to the style and splendor of the glorious Serenissima Republic. It is a white historic residence located in Gorgo al Monticano, which holds rich vestiges of Roman and medieval history. It was built by the Venetian nobles Morosini around the mid-1500s, becoming, towards the end of the 18th century, the summer residence of the Foscarini Cornaro family and a destination for important figures from all over Europe.
Following the fall of the Venetian Republic, the Villa was acquired along with its vast land by the Counts Revedin, who devoted themselves to agriculture, introducing modern and innovative methods. In the 1970s, following careful renovation by the current owners, it was transformed into a prestigious Hotel – Restaurant. The hotel is skillfully created within the noble part of the historic residence.
Each room and suite of Villa Revedin represents an ideal place for those who wish to relax in a soothing atmosphere set in the quiet Veneto countryside with a picturesque view of the centuries-old park. The refinement and comfort of the lounges provide the perfect backdrop for brief informal or business meetings. The impressive internal staircase in Istrian stone leads to the hall on the first floor. On the ceiling, original period reliefs stand out, while the walls are skillfully decorated with fresco reproductions of mythological scenes. From the hall's balcony, one can enjoy a splendid view of the villa's centuries-old park. The fresco hall is the perfect setting for gala evenings, artistic musical and theatrical performances, wedding receptions, or important appointments. During the summer and on warmer days, breakfast is also served on the hotel's external terrace, created within a small blooming garden, from which one can enjoy a spectacular view of the villa's centuries-old park. The external terrace is also the ideal place to enjoy an aperitif before dinner or a digestif before bedtime.
