In the back of the house there is our huge private playground, surrounded by pine trees and completely fenced, where every child can spend fantastic moments of play in total safety for the parents.
To explore Po Delta and its beauties, you will find quality bikes for a payment or, for short routes, we provide free courtesy bikes for adults and children.
Bookings
- In order to confirm the booking should be paid a deposit equal or more than of 30% of the total, in any case no less than € 100 if 30% were less.
- The rental payment should be integrally paid within 10 days before the arrival in our facility;
- Tourist tax not included.
- The guest who leaves the accommodation in advance will not be entitled to a refund.
Cancellation policy and penalty fees
- In case of cancellation, we kindly ask you to let us know through a written communication via e-mail;
- Till 60 days before the arrival, if you cancel the booking, we will give you back the advance payment but we will deduct € 80 as penalty fee;
- From the 59th till the 30th day before the arrival we will deduct the entire amount of the advance payment;
- From the 29th to the 10th day before the arrival we will deduct 60% from the entire rental payment;
- From the 9th day till the arrival day or no show we will charge the entire rental payment.
