The rate is per accommodation, for the entire stay and for the number of people selected during the booking phase. It includes: air conditioning / heating, wifi, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, use of bicycles, use of the swimming pool (season: mid-May - end of September), BBQ.
Pets are not included in the rates and for them it is necessary to make a specific request via email.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the transfer in case you choose this method, or upon insertion and sending of a valid credit card. Credit cards accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay.
Take the A4 motorway (Milano-Venezia) and leave it at Padova Est exit. Immediately after the exit, take the ramp on your right to get onto the flyover - S.R. 308 towards Castelfranco Veneto. Leave this road at Reschigliano (fourth exit). At the end of the exit ramp turn left towards Reschigliano. After 500 metres, at the roundabout in the village, turn left towards S.Andrea. In S.Andrea this road meets a T-junction, there turn right on Via Caltana and keep the right also at the following roundabout. Reach the traffic light and there turn right on Via Quattro Ca'; Via Selvatico is the first road on the right after about 200 m from the traffic light. The entrance of Villa Selvatico is the first gate on the left.
