“Al Bivio Degli Artisti” restaurant and pizzeria was born from the desire to unite people with a passion for healthy food, bringing the culture of organic and vegan cuisine to both restaurant dishes and pizzas, which are prepared with different doughs. All this is possible thanks to the use of seasonal and zero-mile ingredients.
Particular attention is given to celiacs with dedicated ovens and cooking areas to avoid contamination of the flour.
House specialties: Mixed seafood dish - Marinated sea bass, creamed cod, scallop, prawn, sea cicala, mussels au gratin, cuttlefish stew, polenta with shrimps “alla busera” (the dish may vary depending on the catch).
