Da Gelindo, was born as a bar in 1957. Ermenegildo, father of the current owner Giuseppe, opened this bar - cicchetteria almost fifty years ago in Villaggio dei Fiori, Spinea.
It immediately became a point of reference for those who wanted to taste dishes that were rarely cooked at home, from boiled meat to porchetta, from tripe to liver in Venetian style.
Over time the restaurant expands, focusing also on the fish, which has now become the main strong point. From raw to traditional dishes, as well as innovation.
Today the restaurant offers many typical Venetian and Italian dishes such as creamed cod, fried “moeche”, “masenette”, sardines “in saor”, marinated anchovies, stewed cod, Venetian style liver, nerves with onion and many others dishes that you will be able to taste in the two rooms in front of the bar.
