Our specialty is Pizza (with a capital P) baked in a wood-fired oven, as tradition dictates, and available with various doughs (classic, whole grain, whole wheat, kamut).
The dough is prepared with top-quality ingredients and follows a long fermentation process, which increases its digestibility and lightness.
The menu also offers club sandwiches, always baked in a wood-fired oven, calzones, and small galletti. A menu for the little ones is also available.
You can enjoy our kitchen with first courses (meat, fish, or vegetarian), second courses (hot or cold), large salads for all tastes, and much more.
Our meat dishes (cuts and fillets) are of top quality and sourced from Ireland.
