The church contains an organ built by the famous "organaro" (organ builder) Giuseppe Giacobbi and an oil on canvas "SAN MARCO IN GLORIA" by Jacopo Bassano.
The altarpiece was placed on 21 December 1573 on the high altar of the parish church of Cassola, dedicated to San Marco, whose glory is celebrated in the painting. The rapid and frank brushstrokes, the human types, the particular effects of luminism in the twilight light connect this work with the votive canvas, in the form of a large lunette, of the Vicenza Civic Museum, dated 1573, with the "Enthroned Madonna between Saints Mark and Vincent venerated by the Rectors of Vicenza".
Despite the deterioration of the lower part of the picture, the fresh landscape is still enjoyable, this time flat, without the familiar profile of Mount Grappa, because the point of view is from the mountain to the plain of Vicenza, where Cassola is located.
