Chiesa di San Pietro in Castelvecchio

Documented since the XIII century, it stands out for the interest expressed by the polygonal apse of the Ravenna type and for the extensive cycle of frescoes that decorates its inner walls, such as the Annunciation and God the Father on the wall of the triumphal arch, and a frieze with the twelve Apostles that develops below the line of the beams, attributed to a Vicentine painter from the early decades of the XVI century (Verla or the workshop of the Fogolino) and the apse (Saint John the Baptist and Saint Francis of Assisi) from the second half of the sixteenth century.
