The Val Formica is the heart of the high mountain, here on the Asiago Plateau, an unmissable destination for those who love woods, pastures, and peaks.
From our refuge, paths, trails, and mule tracks built during the Great War branch out, allowing for gentle access to the mountains and the most spectacular scenery of the Plateau.
A carousel of trails and slopes will guide you to the high pastures, the mountain huts, and the peaks from which the view stretches from Valsugana to the Brenta Dolomites.
In the Refuge, you will find a large sunbathing area, where you can relax in the sun during all seasons, seated on comfortable deck chairs.
Special attention is given to spaces for our younger guests, with a playground full of attractions, immersed in the surrounding nature.
