In 1905, Pio Turchetti, whose family owned a pottery factory in Badia, commissioned Surveyor Sabadini from Padua to design an important villa for himself and his family in pure Liberty style, one of the few examples of Liberty in Polesine, whose decorations were executed by the artists Bianchi and Sanavio, also from Padua. The villa, arranged over three floors, is characterized by a small tower that rises on the left side, while all the decorations of the façade are made of concrete, like the pillars of the entrance door and the stables on the Riviera Adigetto, in addition to the fountain with dolphins placed in the back courtyard. A beautiful cornice in ashlar is also noteworthy, inserted between the basement and a floor band. The central part of the building features a triple window with a balcony, flanked by four lintel windows. Light on the top floor is ensured by 7 oval windows arranged on both sides of the building just below the elaborately worked cornice. The interior is decorated, also in Liberty style, with finely crafted stuccoes, especially in the two large halls; in particular, the one on the ground floor preserves refined stuccoes from the early 20th century, while the one on the upper floor is embellished with lintel portals in marmorino.
