As a branch church of Pieve Church, St. Catherine's Church became a parish church in the middle of the 16th century.
The original building stood in the middle of the square, with the bell tower on the left-hand side. It was not until the 18th century that a new building was erected, which was replaced in 1902 by the present church, which is larger, faces west and follows the strict canon of neoclassicism. The church was damaged during the First World War, after which it was restored and re-consecrated in 1929.
Inside, the original baptismal font from the late 17th century and works by Giovanni Zanzotto and Guido Pini have been preserved.
