PASTICCERIA WIENNESE was founded by Luciano and Natalina in 1969 ;in that year Luciano moved from the laboratory in Via Beato Pellegrino, where he had started his first pastry business on his own.
He gained experience in the most important pastry shops in Padua and then honed his art in the (then) famous Motta delicatessen and in Geneva and Lugano in prestigious hotels. It was from that experience that he brought to his hometown the idea of recreating that pastry with a typically Hapsburg flavor: Sacher Torte, Linz Torte, Kranz and the Nugat.
Of course, the tradition of Italian pastry is not neglected: Millefoglie, mignon pastries, tea pastries, Venetian focaccias, Easter doves, Panettoni and Pandori at Christmas time.
