Chiesa di Santa Maria Maddalena
Via Selva, 70 , Trissino - 36070
Dedicated to Saint Mary Magdalene, this church dates back to the early 1300s. Subject to the parish of Trissino, in 1380, by decree of the Bishop, it was separated from the mother church and was established as a parish. In 1870, it was completely rebuilt on the site of the previous structure with a single nave and four side chapels. Of considerable value is the first altar on the right from 1747, with a panel depicting the figure of the Virgin with the Child Jesus in delicate inlay. In the niche of the same altar, there is a stone sculpture from the 15th century of the Madonna with the Child.
