Crossing the threshold of the property, the complex is defined by three buildings in line, in the center of which stands the manor house connected to the side barchesse. These two outbuildings, with a floor plus attic, have as many perpendicular arms that, extending to the back, create a "U" system, open to the rear park.
The dominical body, with three floors, has a symmetrical façade, but tripartite in a somewhat anomalous way. The usual model is replaced here by a new system, in which the median sector of the prospectus is no longer framed by a pair, but by a single window on each side, and characterized by five openings instead of the usual three.
On the main floor the greater importance of the central three-light window is however remembered by the presence of the balcony with continuous balustrade. The other decorative elements are mostly made of plaster, with the exception of the cornice above the entrance door and the closing door of the building, both in stone.
