The medallion, created by A. Paganini, depicts the profile of the hero of the two worlds and dates back to the end of the nineteenth century.
It is made of Carrara marble, with a diameter of 50 cm, reaching 70 cm with the bronze frame.
It is located on the facade of the Collareda property.
It was ceded to the Municipality of Schio by Mr. Pretto Giovan Battista in exchange for an oval-shaped stone basin that lay unused in the inner courtyard of the former Romani - Rossi palace, now the seat of the Municipality of Schio.
It was installed in 1994, and the location point was identified specifically for the identical naming of the square.
