Palazzo Nanti
Corso Italia , Valdagno - 36078
In front of Palazzo Festari, we find Palazzo Nanti, another example of 17th-century architecture, presumably designed by architect Carlo Borrella, while next to it stands Palazzo Comunale, designed by architect Luigi Saccardo. It was built, based on a project attributed to architect Carlo Borella, in the second half of the 17th century. The main facade of the building is located along Corso Italia, opposite the 18th-century Palazzo Festari; it is composed of two parts: the larger one, symmetrical with respect to the long Baroque-style stone balcony, and the smaller one characterized by the large doorway, with an overhanging balustraded window, leading to the cloister. The palace is now the headquarters of a bank.
