The "Path of Silence - Gateway of Memory" is located in Gallio in the Campomuletto area and is a project created to enhance a historical and environmental area.
The Path develops within coniferous forests, alternating with clearings and pastures, where installations have been built (as minimally invasive as possible to the environment) to commemorate the soldiers who fell during World War I and the territory ravaged by bombs.
Among the various installations we recall: the polished white stone boulders on which the letters of soldiers at the front have been transcribed and the hands of soldiers in bronze that are enlarged and reproduced holding flowers, symbolizing rebirth and peace.
However, we note that there are many others.
The path is easy and suitable for everyone, does not present any particular elevation changes, and can also be done by children.
The Path is a commemorative and Memorial path and must be walked IN SILENCE, respecting the memory of the fallen soldiers and the surrounding environment.
