The company is located within a wine estate, offering accommodation and breakfast in a very welcoming environment, recently restored in a hilly area with a panoramic view and is centrally located with respect to the tourist destinations in Veneto, just a few kilometers from Marostica. San Giorgio di Perlena, a district of Fara Vicentino, is about 20 km from Vicenza, a city that has been fully included in the UNESCO World Heritage List for its architectural heritage and villas.
In addition to well-known destinations like Venice, Padua, Verona, and Treviso, there are also culinary routes such as wine routes, like Torcolato for example, or simply the nature trails of the nearby Asiago plateau and the surrounding hills.
Anyone who comes to us, whether for a holiday or on a work trip, can enjoy tranquility and peace and will find themselves in a simple and family-like environment.
The facility features four very spacious rooms, all equipped with private bathrooms, and six tastefully furnished apartments, in the typical style of the area.
There is no catering service; the facility provides a breakfast served in the main room, including homemade pastries and jams, and local cheeses and cold cuts.
All accommodations are equipped with a television and Wi-Fi connection.
Unless there are special needs from our guests, rooms can be occupied from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be made available from 10:00 AM on the day of departure, unless different arrangements have been made with the staff.It is necessary to always communicate the arrival time and, if applicable, to notify of any delays. Upon arrival, each guest must provide an identity document to allow us to carry out the registrations required by law.
