Chiesa San Giovanni Battista

The place name Campotamaso appears for the first time even before 1500. On October 25, 1945, Mons. Carlo Zinato, Bishop of Vicenza, with a decree elevated the curacy of Campotamaso, which until then was dependent on the parish church of San Clemente in Valdagno, to the parish of "San Giovanni Battista" with all the rights and duties inherent to a community that had its documented historical roots in the territory of Valdagno since 1500.
