Museo Storico del Bottone “Sandro Partesotti”

The "Sandro Partesotti" Historical Button Museum was born from the collection of a collector who loved objects from the past, particularly those related to textiles and women's accessories. Among the collections set aside over time, she focused on buttons after meeting a collector in London who was selling beautiful ones from the 1800s and a valuable little book. Since then she has been doing field research in Italy and abroad, and after about 30 years of research she thought of occupying a large space in her home to set up a permanent exhibition, offering the public a chance to discover unexpected beauty, many stories and evidence of fashions and customs of the past.
