To enter the Khaima khaoua, the tent of fraternity, is to enter the story of Charles de Foucauld, a man, an explorer, a seeker of truth, a saint. To stand in the tent is to experience his life: continual search, encounter with God, everyday life and fraternity.
In the tent, there is the beauty of a Word to be rediscovered; there is the value of the everyday to return to; there is a love between people that transcends all boundaries and asks to be lived. Charles de Foucauld's life is not far from our lives and reaches out to us as well with his insights and discoveries.
