At the foot of the Asiago Plateau, just a few minutes from Marostica and Bassano del Grappa, lies the Trattoria Alle Cascate, immersed in the greenery of the tranquil valley that leads from Mason to the small village of Laverda.
Here, since 1924, our family has passionately carried on the art of traditional Venetian cuisine, passed down from generation to generation.
The establishment takes its name from the small waterfalls of the Laverda stream, which flows beside the trattoria and gives, especially in summer, a pleasant breeze that makes the evenings even more special.
Originally, the inn was a simple gathering place, where people came from afar to enjoy the now-famous "pollo alla diavola" with beans in sauce – the only dish served by grandfather Giovanni and grandmother Giulia, founders of our story.
In 1958, the new trattoria was born, larger and more welcoming, able to host weddings, banquets, and family events, without losing the warmth of its origins.
Over time, we have renewed the spaces while keeping the soul of the place alive, and today we also have a large parking area to better welcome our guests.
