It is an ideal place for people who love being in contact with nature, taking pleasant walks, taking dirt paths for mountain bike enthusiasts and finally it is the perfect place for those who appreciate outdoor picnics or barbecues in company.
Various stations with tables and benches are located in the Park, barbecues and toilets are available. The Friendship Park is part of an area recognized at European level and included within the Natura 2000 Network for its environmental and cultural importance: a true natural oasis with enchanting landscapes that change according to the seasons.
In 1987, the Municipal Administration acquired the entire area from private individuals with the aim of creating a place for recreational, social and sporting activities. Following a study on the interventions to be carried out for the reclamation of the area and the various proposals of the local associations having been examined, the renovation works were completed in 1996 thanks also to the availability and activity carried out by the volunteers of the A.N.A. group. of Tezze sul Brenta which is still in agreement and collaboration with A.I.DO. and R.D.S. they take care of the ordinary maintenance and order of the park. Inside the park there is a botanical garden and a pond, the surrounding flora is rich with the presence of numerous species of trees and plants including: hazelnut, mulberry, black poplar, field elm, black hornbeam, plane tree, white willow, black alder, black elder and lime.
The existing building with adjoining rooms for warehouse and service use was renovated, the displacement of n. 41 benches and the construction of n. 5 barbecues; finally, a "life path" was created with n. 10 stations. During the year the Park hosts important cultural, artistic, sporting and ecological events.
