Located at the end of Viale delle Fosse, the 1938 monument recalls the Commander of the IV General Army Gaetano Giardino.
The monument, designed by a young Roman architect, Achille Morbiducci, 2nd Lieutenant of 91, Fanteria del Grappa, includes a base on which stands the statue of the General, with a crypt below.
The bronze statue, about four meters high, is placed on the base facing Mount Grappa: the Marshal, full figure, in war gear, is represented with a proud face and his gaze raised and fixed to "his" Mount.
