The Church of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary was built in 1845, in neoclassical style, and its consecration took place in 1858, while the main facade was reshaped in 1911. Inside, there are noteworthy works: the "Altarpiece of Saint Peter" attributed to Palma il Giovane (Venice 1544 - 1628), the nineteenth-century main altar created by Antoniazza Carlo, and the sixteenth-century statue of Saint John the Baptist by Giulio del Moro.
The adjacent bell tower dates back to 1883, and at the time of its construction, it ended with an elongated metal dome; in 1922, it was struck by lightning and in 1927 it was rebuilt in masonry and in a pyramidal shape resembling that of the bell tower of San Marco in Venice. With its current height of almost 70 meters, it holds the record for all bell towers in Eastern Polesine.
