The church is situated in locality Altaura, near Villa Correr. The current building, rose on pre-existence of the 11st century, is dated to the year 1536. Inside, the frescoed ceiling dates back to 1898, while at both sides of the altar are placed two sideboards in Venetian Baroque style.
