Ghion Bakery was founded in 1971 with the production of a few formats of artisan breads, baked cakes, pizza and with the sale of groceries.
Over the years we have increased the formats and types of flours from type "0" to type "1," type "2," whole grain, cereal, corn, stone-ground and others. We now produce 30 to 40 bread formats. We specialize in producing traditional dry biscuits and lactose-free, sugar-free cakes.
In May 2014 we renovated the premises by adding the cafeteria. We are a family-run business. In the various years the GHION LEONILDO Baker has been awarded as Master of the Trade. Since 2017 we have been present in the Register of Historical Activities of Padua.
In 2021 he was awarded by Councillor Roberto Marcato as the 1st Master Craftsman of the Veneto region, and we are Impresa Artigiana Storica.
