Luca Scandaletti has called himself a pastry chef since birth. A passion that turns into a wonderful profession: "I love the creativity of my work, an art that enchants the eyes and palate."
Graduated from the Hotelier Institute, after various work experiences both in Italy and abroad -including 3 years at the famous pastry shop "Wittamer" located in Place du Grand Sablon in Brussels- in 1998 he opened his business, to which he gives the name "Le Sablon", in memory of his Belgian experience.
We curate the image of our products but work every day to unleash the flavors we have chosen, to make the taste of each creation lively and satisfying for our customers. We update our staff so that they keep up with the times, regarding ingredients, their processing but also what the tastes of our consumers are.
