“In the Kingdom of Butterflies” is an entomological natural history museum that contains a collection of over 10,000 meticulously preserved butterflies.
Here you can admire all the known diurnal species of Italy, strictly classified by species, subspecies, sex, and form (biological).
The butterflies are preserved in display cases and exhibited alongside over 300 large-format photographs representing the natural environments where they live, from the Alps to the Apennines, from glaciers to the sea.
