In spring it will be the time of herbs, of Cumo soups, of Tarassaco’s “roots”, in autumn it will be the time of forest mushrooms and in winter it will be the time of steaming polente and the strong flavours of aged cheeses. Not to mention “stropacui” jams and tarassaco or chestnut honey to pair them again with cheeses.
The place is also full of charm and seems almost from other times, very welcoming and relaxing.
