In the square stands out, with simple lines, the church dedicated to Saint Anthony of Padua, built by Matteo Sanudo, Procuratore of San Marco, and elevated to Parish Church in 1670. Restored and enlarged in the early decades of the 1800s and 1900s, it has the sacristy damaged by a fire in 1982.
It was replaced by the new Parish Church, inaugurated in 1989 and today is used as an Auditorium for events and community evenings.
